Delivery information

Here you’ll find all the info you’ll need about how we post, ship and deliver our parcels. Please contact us at contact@snorgo.com if you have any issues. We are happy to support you.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is £3.99. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail once dispatched. (please note dispatch is normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends)

Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available by logging into your account.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Sorry – we currently do not offer next working day deliveries

Order tracking is not currently available but you will be notified by email of your order status.

TERMS OF POSTAGE

Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

All standard parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 3pm. However, any parcel placed after 4pm using any other service will only be dispatched on the next working day. You will not be eligible for a refund on the postage if you missread the wording on our shipping policy and your order was placed after the cut of time and dispatched on the next working day using the service paid for.

Please remember – we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!
